I call this a nice problem message:

  Check why "/u01/app/oracle/product/9.2.0/lib/libclntsh.so"
  is not readable (and fix it).

Apparently, your Python is not thread enabled.
Rebuild your Python and check how to enable threads (the
"README" file may give hints).
