True.

You cannot. It is not published...

It affects lots of files in ZODB and ZEO. This means, it would be a complex
patch -- likely to fail for simple modifications in the Zope core.

Moreover, I could not easily extract it. This is because our ZODB
version contains lots of other modifications (and some fixes).
