[Zope] Parent process gone but children remain

A bug in Python, only fixed in Python 2.4...

Search Python's bug tracker at Sourceforge for "signal handling, linuxthread".
You should find the bug report and a patch -- in case, you
want to fix your Python 2.3.x yourself.
