The answer to your second question is the answer to your first:  the
VirtualHostMonster allows the proxy to communicate the "real" URL to
Zope, so that Zope can use it when generating URLs.  Google
"VirtualHostMonster Apache" to find out how to set this up (or create a
VHM and read its fairly helpful configuration ZMI to start).
