Nobody cares about SA 0.4. The most current version is 0.6 and 0.5 is in
maintenance mode. Keeping the dependency stack in mind:
SQlAlchemy <- zope.sqlalchemy <- z3c.sqlalchemy <- SQLAlchemyDA
The complete stack must fit together.
