[zope2-tracker] [Bug 567235] [NEW] SiteErrorLog ZMI page has broken markup

Public bug reported:

src/Products/SiteErrorLog/www/main.pt breaks very badly if you use
Chameleon (via five.pt). It has multiple problems: no containing
element, missing namespace declarations, missing quoting of < in a TAL
expression and possibly more.
