[zope2-tracker] [Bug 611710] [NEW] Zope2 pins to version 3.9.5 of ZODB3 which is not on PyPI

Public bug reported:

Zope2 2.12.10 pins to version 3.9.5 of ZODB3.  However that version is
not found on PyPI, either as a source distribution nor in the CHANGELOG
section.  It's as if 3.9.5 was a non-public test version, which if so,
Zope2 should not publicly tie to.

Adding additional find-links= to a buildout can find ZODB3 but since it
has a record on PyPI, that should not be necessary.
