[zope2-tracker] [Bug 655773] Re: No Help link nor API docs available from the ZMI

The integrated Zope help hadn't been updated for the past 8 years. We
therefor decided to remove it in favor of the at least slightly updated
documentation available at http://docs.zope.org/zope2/.

Note that developing applications from inside the ZMI is not recommended
anymore and mostly unsupported. It's been this way ever since Zope 2.9
with the uptake of Zope Toolkit technologies.
