Stephan,

Experiencing a bit of indecisiveness here?

Please explain why you think the priority was wrong.  While this may
not be a big deal specifically for Zope 3, it's important that this
tool (zpkg) be as usable as we can reasonably make it if we're to
encourage others to consider anything other than direct creation of
setup.py files for distutils.

Since we are encouraging others in this, I think this is pretty important.
