Hi together

Where or what is the local authentication source?

Or whats the right utility or service for add
local principals and give them a login?

If I add a new "PAU" Ican't access the "PAU" utility
and I get a screen with the message:

Unauthorized
You are not authorized

And this m with manager permission.

Can anybody tell me the right steps for to
get a local principal with login to work?
