Sure.

I must have taken out the site-specific stuff, but AddBugTracker in 
bugtracker.browser.tracker shows how you have on the fly additional setup 
stuff. But Ia m sure subscribers to IObjectAddedEvent are a better patterns 
to use. You could also write a custom IFactory, but tgat might be too much 
work.
