IResult and zope.file (was Re: [Zope3-dev] revisiting IResult (for in-Zope pipelining))

The IResult changes discussed on this list are in rev 74219.  I  
released (on http://download.zope.org/distribution/) two eggs for the  
affected packages, zope.publisher and zope.app.wsgi.

I also released a 0.1 zope file egg that specifies it must use eggs  
earlier than the new ones; and a 0.2 zope.file egg that uses IResult  
but not blobs.  I fixed the zope.file trunk (which was broken before  
the IResult change came along) to have passing tests and use blobs  
and IResult; I intend it to be 0.3, but have not released an egg.
