[ZPT] [Bug] sometimes "metal:define-macro" mutates into "metal:use-macro"

This bug is already in the tracker. This mail provides some
additional information.


Sometimes, a "metal:define-macro" mutates automatically into
a "metal:use-macro". After this change, the ZPT can no
longer be edited (before the "use-macro" is manually reset
to "define-macro"), because ZPT complains about
an undefined macro.

I do not yet know precisely, when the problem occurs.
It does not occur in simple cases.
It happens in complex ones. It may happen, when
a macro is defined inside a "fill-slot" element,
but I am not yet sure about that.
