[ZPT] Using ZPT i18n outside ZPT?

But we don't support the i18n namespace for now (we once hacked
a new tal:translate attribute and we are living happily with this for
the time being).

Most of our TAL derivative is in the files GlasnostTALDriver.py,
GlasnostTALEngine.py and GlasnostTALGenerator.py available on:

  http://cvs.theridion.com/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/glasnost/shared/web/

And in the processTALFile function at the end of tools.py (same
directory).
