BTW, logos comes under trademark law, which is different from copyright law. Or is it like the actual source files can be covered under copyright, so that we can use a license based on copyright law ?
Committers can't check in the GPL'ed font file itself to SVN without a waiver from the board, nor any files which count as "derived works" (and therefore must be GPL'ed), unless the "derived work" is covered by the font exception.
