You can use DreamWeaver to manage your site, however there is one caveat. DreamWeaver won't look at a file unless it has an extension, so index_html won't load into DW, although index.html will. Using the trick about changing the default file name this works quite well. You can use any WYSIWYG editor that support PUT or WebDAV or FTP. While these tools don't give you full access to the Zope management interface, they should be fine for most content management tasks.
