The ZMI frameset appears to be in UTF-8, but the pt_editForm frame declares itself as ISO 8859-1 (Zopes 2.6 - 2.71 and presumably all others). This is causing me serious grief. Is there any way to change the encoding of pt_editForm and, if there is, are there any known problems with doing so?
