[Zope-CMF] more CMF Doku - something like a tutorial ?

hello

I have been searching all the cmf.zope.org
site and I was wandering if there is more documentation
out there.
somethink like a step by step guide to the CMF

google searches brought some results but not something like
a step by step tutorial.

I can read german, english and also some french, italian and spanish
so docs in all the languages are welcome

thanks for any hints
