I found this in the Zope book online at
http://www.zope.org/Members/michel/ZB/RelationalDatabases.dtml:

ODBC=20
ODBC is a cross-platform, industry standard database protocol supported
by many commercial and open source databases. The ODBC DA is written and
commercially supported by Digital Creations.

There wasn't a link of any sort here, so hopefully someone on the list
can tell you where to find the ODBC DA.  Good luck!
