[Zope-PAS] Specific questions to PAS usage

Now some specific questions, at least for me.

- As mentioned before there is no API to add plugins after registry
  instantiation.

- Also it is not clear, how plugins can be distributed and installed
  standalone.

- The UserManager implementation of PlonePAS (PPAS) added not only a
  plugin for existing interfaces, but also added a new interface,
  expanding the PAS implementation by monkey patches. Is this a normal
  usecase or only needed in this case, to make PAS compatible to the
  default userfolder.

- From tests it seems, that the default behaviour of looking in uptree
  acl_users if no appropiate user can be found in the PAS-userfolder
  is different with PAS and standard userfolder. Is this the intention?

Not directly PAS related, but does someone know of a way to allow
cross-site logins, meaning logging in in one site and be authenticated
also in other domains. My only idea is to use URL based sessions,
which does look like a very brittle solution.
