I haven't (yet) dug to deep into the tutorial on adding ZClass instances
using DHTML, so I haven't implemented that yet. I will be working on it,
I have just been slammed with stuff to do at work lately.

As a result, currently, KB Items and FAQs have to be added by an admin.
