[Zope] Zope crashing with Z SQL Methods

Hi

When I execute SQL (using a Z SQLMethod) which causes an error, Zope
crashes. Errors include malformed SQL (if I make a typo, for instance), and
inserting a duplicate primary key. This happens with more than one flavour
of database (PygreSQL through ZPyGreSQLDA-rjr 0.3, and Gadfly).

We're running Zope 2.1.2, but my sysadmin tells me this error has been
happening with previous versions too. Our version is installed from RPMs,
using PCGI+Apache. We also seemed to have this problem when we were using
ZServer.
