Well, Zope Corporation does offer commercial support contracts, see

for details.  Generally speaking, the sales@zope.com pipeline will be 
willing to work with you to size your requirements.  I'm certainly 
willing to help out on the list as I can; but this is on a 
time-permitting basis.
