Is there way to determine how many (and which)pages ZServer serves? I am running ZServer as my primary server. What kind of statistics should I be looking for? For example should I be concerned about how long it takes to load pages, and how long users stay on a specific page etc? I am new to website management and would appreciate any and all suggestions. I use HTML Tidy from Dave Ragget [1]. I have, of course, got Emacs code to tidy up and indent HTML code in the buffer currently being edited. Ii is only a few lines but I will make it available if there is interest. I also had wondered whether it would be worthwhile binding HTML Tidy into Zope. Is this (existence of import folder) really a shortcoming of Zope, or is there some security reason why .zexp cannot be uploaded directly from browser? Stranger than Property

Hallo, I've got a very strange error. I'm working with external methods and folder proprties. The methods are iterating over properties and adding or deleting items. Until friday everything was fine.Now I got this error when I try to view the properties. Oooh, now there's an interesting thought... One would like to - but there often aren't enough hours in the day. Actually one is frequently lucky to even get the option to try to pick something at all, never mind doing the research - some combination of "we've already got it" or "its "free" (it never is)" or "its got microsoft written on the outside of the box" or "we already know <insert name of something relevant>" tends to get in the way. Sometimes you get lucky, and in the meantime you take an interest in the stuff going on around you so that you can make a bid for use of a better mousetrap when the opportunity arises... Import from file via management-interface

Hi all, I found it very disturbing having to get my .zexp exports into the subdirectory 'import' of the server and then using the management-interface to do the actual import. Using Chinese Characters

i was wondering how i can use chinese characters with Zpe on Linux. does anyone know how? According to my "mild" research so far, i found out that Big5is a 2-byte code and is a part of ISO-10646/Unicode. It also seems to be the de-facto for traditional chinese characters. There're also Unicode CJK and GB. But GB is for China, which uses simplified chinese characters. And CJK includes both Big5 and GB. The most puzzling thing to me is how all this works. Do i need a special browser, font server, Zope products? And when i can display chinese characters using any one of the standards, how am i going to input it in the first place? Testing out new versions of XXX (in this case, WorldPilot)

What is the best way to test out new versions of Products without breaking an existing setup? Should I simply "version" the current working version, then install new stuff to test, etc, or is there any easy way to have products "ORIGINAL" and "ORIGINAL-2" (which is what I'd prefer, for stability comparisons) (in this case, I'm curious about the palm-syncing features of WP 1.1alpha for our home server, but can't afford to break our current WWW-based email access...?)
