removing an exuserfolder from an exported ZEXP

Hey all! I have an old export that I am trying to Import back into a new zope. I'm getting an error from exUserFolder on import and it is not completing the install. Is there a way to remove this from within the zexp? The error I'm getting is: *Error Type: ImportError* *Error Value: No module named AuthSources.mysqlAuthSource.mysqlAuthSource* Or, alternatively, is there a way to get past this import error? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Zope 2 Instance 1.1 Released!

Hi All, New release out, this one brings compatability with zc.recipe.rhrc... This package provides a buildout recipe for creating a Zope 2 instance based around a deployment. The deployment concept originates from zc.recipe.deployment and allows the deployment to control where resources of a particular type are created. While zc.recipe.deployment is suited to production use, you will likely find that gocept.recipe.deploymentsandbox is more useful for development. This recipe is only compatible with Zope 2.12+. Logging a user onto zope

Hello all I'm trying to log someone onto Zope not using acl_users - how does this work? Ideally I want to pass variables through a logon page, authenticate against a postgres table then let the user have access to a certain folder. I tried ExUserFolder but it seems over the top for what I want and very dtml-heavy. Thanks Richard

zope2 2.12 installation on Windows 7

Hi everybody, I'm having some problems when I have to run a zope2 2.12 instance. Here are the steps: 1. fresh install of Python 2.6.3 - python-2.6.3.msi 2. install pywin - pywin32-214.win32-py2.6.exe 3. install setup tools - setuptools-0.6c11.win32-py2.6.exe 4. install Zope2 using easy_install from egg - Zope2-2.12.0-py2.6-win32.egg 5. create a new instance using mkzopeinstance.exe Until here, everything worked great. Now , I modify the zope.conf to turn the debug on and try to run the created instance. After this I read http://docs.zope.org/zope.browserresource/index.html http://bluebream.zope.org/doc/1.0/manual/browserresource.html http://docs.zope.org/zope2/zope2book/BasicObject.html#content-objects-folde… http://blog.deconcept.com/swfobject/ I asked this question on eduCommons forum also http://educommons.2416974.n2.nabble.com/bringing-uploaded-javascript-within… but I have not been able to bring it inside the eduCommons forum. Any suggestions as what more should I look for? I am new to eduCommons/Zope/Plone.
