Why do you want to tinker with the "__str__" method for this reason? "manage_menu" uses "<dtml-tree>". The tree tag provides you with sufficient flexibility to show an additional button and to make this conditional on the users roles. Dieter

CatalogReindex deletes !!!

Hi, I just got a weird "error" this morning. I have a ZCatalog with some ZClasses which is index in it. But when I use the "Update Catalog" function it deletes ALL entries in the catalog !!! Any ideas ?? No errors returned. Just Nothing. Using Zope 2.2.2 on Linux. Hi I've been tring to install Login Manager. I installed ZPattens ok and it works but i am unable to get login manager going. file "/home/markt/Zope/lib/python/Products/LoginManager/LoginManager.py", line 9, in ? from Products.ZPatterns.SheetProviders import SheetProviderContainer ImportError: cannot import name SheetProviderContainer any help would be great Thanks Mark

Hi, Has anyone had any experience with storing a large list (several thousand) of email addresses in an object then sending an email to every one in the list through a MailHost? Will I need to send on email to all these addresses (multiple recipients), or one email for each person on the list. I am probably going to end up doing this totally within Zope since it is an easy solution to a problem, but am wondering whether I would be better off trying to get all the mail address into mailman or something.
