how to tell if displayed in a frame

I have a page that sometimes gets displayed in a frame and sometimes in the main window. I want it to be display differently (with a header) when its not in a frame. Is there a way I can do this? I don't suppose the name of the target frame gets passed to the browser does it? Presumably the only way to do this would be to do it in client-side code and fecth the header if appropriate and filter it to make it what is needed. Or is it? Can you forbid a piece of software from being reviewed?

You can set any terms you like in your use license. Whether they are enforcable in a civil court is a separate question. For example, all through the '80s Oracle Corp. had a restriction from including Oracle product in any product comparison, such as benchmarking. Sometime in the early '90s Oracle Corp. lifted that restriction. It may have something to do with the fact that Oracle was finally running fast enough to look good next to Informix, et. al. Microsoft picked up on this mode and had similar restrictions inserted into SQL Server licenses. I didn't know about that part of Microsoft's license until I heard Larry Ellison talking on a radio interview, blasting Uncle Bill for this dispicable practise!

Zope + Coda = Client Side Zope?

Some of the dsicussions in the Client Side Zope thread got me to thinking about an article I read in Linux Journal sometime ago on the Coda file system. As luck would have I can't seem to find that issue. Most of the information contained in that article (now over a year old) can be found in updated form at http://www.coda.cs.cmu.edu/ . For those who've not heard of coda its a distributed filesystem that supports a variety of the features, including disconnected operation and replication among multiple servers, that were mentioned in the previous thread. I will admit to knowing only the very surface information about coda and throw this to the list for anyone who has actually used it. Also do any of the DC folks think that a data store centered around a coda type fs would be doable? I've been intrigued by coda since I first read the article this may be the reason to explore further. This must be the most innocent message in a long time. :) BookS on Zope? Good titleS? Get THEM? Oh boy, oh boy. There is ZERO book on Zope. But DC people neither confirms nor denies book deals, this is what I last heard. All what I need to know in Zope I learned it from the net, just like everyone else. :) The myriads of loose docs plus the mailing list does the job. Poorly, but it does the job. A good Python book is a must, though, when you want to get into more advanced features of Zope. Searching in textfiles

Hi all! I'm quite new at this whole Zope thing, so I'm probably overlooking something quite trivial. Here's the deal: I've uploaded some text files into a folder called "Taglines" there are some 30 files in all. Now for the problem: How do I search the contents of the files? I made a ZCatalog and I know I have to make an index on "something" but I can't find what that something is. Can this be done? And if so: How? greetings, Bart Holthuijsen. Yes indeed, it works better this way. But then, I have 2 http servers running on the same box. Just an idea, but if you want to see if it's a bug, or 'non-standard' html problem in Zope, try copying the 'view source' html of the tree into an html document and editing it in Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver seems very good at finding html problems, and you can run tests to see if any browsers aren't going to like it. Hope this helps...
