Hi all, Python2.1, Solaris 2.6, Zope 2.4.0 compiled from source. Stored Procedures

Hi Zopistas, Does anyone knows how to use Z Stored Procedures. OK! We create a Z Stored Procedures. Associate it with an Oracle procedure. Test them. And Then? How do we make zope to interact with a ZSP. Zope search interface doesn't reconize them as a method. Does someone has some code that shows how to use them? Thanks, Ricardo

Sanket, Please try to keep replies cc'ed to the list. Read about WebDAV as it relates to IE via the numerous websites that talk about WebDAV and IE (search Google). Then read about WebDAV in the Zope Book. Is it different for calls to other sequence returning things? like objectValues() or getResultScript() or whatever. I just want to use garbage collection instead of to many calls to other objects around. Peter

Hello. I'm new in this list, and I hope we can help us. My first question is: I want that only a group of IP's can acces to a directory and his subdirectories. Tim/Marc, I failed to mention that I did set the proxy rule for the method, but it still did not work. The method I created is owned by admin, who has been assigned the Manager role. I also set the method Proxy Role to Manager. No luck. When I assigned Anonymous the role of "Manage portal", this worked fine, but obviously I don't want to do that. It seems like Proxy should do the job, but it doesn't. Is there a way to specify userid/password in the URL so that I can access the DTML method which as I said can only be invoked by a Portal Manager. I've considered adding a non-Protected method to MembershipTool.py, but I really don't want to be modifying CMF. Any suggestions? I have and use HTMLKit all the time. Have not been able to get the same functionality out of it as in HomeSite. Have not been able to duplicate the simplicity of one-keystroke online-preview of the current file.
