I am attempting to evaluate a "sequence-item" in a dtml-if statement. I have made several variations, all of which failed. LDAPUserFolder and Groups

Hi, I'm using LDAPUserFolder (version 2.0) with groups stored on my LDAP server. I changed the setting to "Groups not stored on LDAP server". When I checked the Groups-tab, the groups on the LDAP server were still there, but now they had object class "Zope Built-in Role". Before, they had object class groupOfNames. I could define new, locally stored, groups, but I could also use the LDAP groups. Is this normal behavior? Bert Vanderbauwhede... --- "There are some things money can buy. Hi, I habe a python script which is supposed to print the bindings of a python method: from string import split x=string.split(str(container.my_script.read()),'\n') for i in x: while i[0:2] == '##': # Zope hangs if i compared to '##' print i[0:2] print '<br>' print '# ENDE' of bindings' return printed The script seems to get caught in an endless loop and returns no results. Sometimes after calling the script Zope does not responde anymore and needs to be restarted. Everything runs finde if I compare i eg. with '#' What am I missing? Regards Christoph

External Python Script

Hello All, My ZPT is just starting to be passable and I have a working database :-) What I would like is a quick overview of how to make an external python script run from Zope. Just the concept so I can go figure the details... I have a script /projects/htl/printlabel.py which takes 4 parameters (currently from the command line) and sends some text to lpr which prints my label. Do I need to make a python script or a product or what? TIA Simon
