Broken Pipe Error

I am using Maik Jablonski's python script to convert from html to pdf in conjunction with the htmldoc product. FYI, I am running Mac OS X Tiger. I am pleased to announce the release of TextIndexNG V 3.1.3. TextIndexNG V 3 is a complete new implementation based on Zope 3 technologies and can be used both in Zope 2.8 or in Zope 3. What's new? - multi-field indexing and query support - multi-lingual support - configurable converters (through ZCML) - new indexing API (allowing you to hook your custom content types with TextIndexNG through Zope 3 adapters). Changes in V 3.1.3: - some fixed in the Plone integration introduced in V 3.1.2 Requirements: - Zope 2.8+, Zope 3.1+ Download: http://sf.net/projects/textindexng Project page: http://opensource.zopyx.biz/OpenSource/TextIndexNG3 For installation and documentation issues refer to doc/README.txt from the archive. It's basically the same procedure as with former versions except you *need* to recompile the extension modules. ZSQL batching with dtml-in

Do ZSQL methods communicate with the dtml-in call and understand the "size" attribute? for example, in this dtml-in statement: <dtml-in SQL_get_large_list size=20 start=query_start> </dtml-in> Will the database be queried for all results, and only have 20 displayed, or will the database just return the 20 that are needed? Zope refusing to serve our large files (180M+)

Zippo. Squat. I've turned on 'ALL' logging in zope.conf for all logs. Sorry, that was a bit muddled, what I meant was when I list dir contents using ftp, I see my LocalFS object listed there with 'owner' Zope, 'group' Zope, and mods 660 as far as ftp is concerned. The security settings in zope are the ones that I seem unable to change for a LocalFS object. Well, they're clickable, but the changes don't seem to stick. Again, bummer, but again, I was hoping it'd be unnecessary... Any obvious config settings I might be missing? Thanks, Chris

Un-Installing Zope Instances?

Folks Is there a need to "un-install" a Zope Instance? Scenario: I had installed under /directoryOne I copied it zope to /directoryTwo I manually edited the /bin/runzope file to reflect the new locations If I run ./runzope I get only the instance running I expect from /directoryTwo However, if I run ./zopectl start, I get my /directoryTwo and the old /directoryOne instance, >From this i assume that the databse also holds information about previous locations and instances, so I also summise from that that I must have to "un-install" my old copy properly somehow, not just delete the directory, is that correct? thanks a lot, Regards, Russ
