Versions & external editor...
by Jon Prettyman 13 Dec '99

I'm a rather compulsive Emacs/Xemacs user and have been using my editor and EFS to edit my Zope objects. I'm wondering if I can edit objects within a ``Version''. Does anybody know if this is possible? Jon

But that's not a bug, it's a feature, since it's quite a strong argument to use real Python instead of DTML as much as you can ;-). Oh, the relief of auto-indenting syntax-highlighting python-mode (with more than just 3 keybindings [copy, cut, paste]) when you finally manage to escape from those textarea dialogs! :*CU# -- *** Guido A.J. Tree-tag again
by Katrin 13 Dec '99

13 Dec '99

Hi everybody, again the old question: Is there a way to show all branches of a tree without having to click on each and every + ? I know that there's a bug in the tree tag, so that expand_all isn't working, but maybe someone found something new/different to do about that problem. I'd appreciate your help. Katrin
