ZSQL Method Question

Hello, Can anyone explain how ZSQL Method makes info available to DTML? For example, getCustomer is a ZSQL Method and I used it in a DTML method: <dtml-in "getCustomer(id=123)"> <dtml-var id> <br> <dtml-var name> </dtml-in> I would like to know how id & name, which are fields of customer table, magically become available. Variable rendering in a <dtml-with> statement

Hi! Guess you people are tired of me asking so many questions - sorry. Hopefully this one will be of the last I send (I'm nearly there). I have this code: <dtml-if foldername> <dtml-with PARENTS[-1].Documents.foldername> <--- Doesn't work <dtml-in "objectValues(['Folder','File'])" skip_unauthorized=1> <dtml-if "meta_type=='Folder'"> <a href="?foldername=<dtml-var id>"> <--- foldername passed back <img src="<dtml-var icon>"> this method </a> <dtml-var id><br> <dtml-else> <img src="<dtml-var icon>"> <dtml-var id><br> </dtml-if> </dtml-in> </dtml-with> </dtml-if> What I try to do is to show a persons hieracy of folders and files starting at the top level. Thereafter I will add 'copy', 'cut', 'paste', 'delete' and 'rename' functions to the view (sort of like the manage_workplace one). Basically I'm stuck here - could someone please tell me how (if possible) to fix the above code to a working one, or poit me to a working scheme? Many thanks in advance! Sture Lygren

There is some documentation on the NS site regarding building NS server extensions. If someone out there has binaries that they can send you, great - but be sure that the binaries are compatible with your particular NS server and version. There are enough different NS servers out there now that I'm not sure one binary fits all on a given platform. When I try to use this variable I will get the followng error from zope: Zope has encountered an error while publishing this resource. Hmm.. This is not as inconsistent and illogical as you think. Your DTML page is compiled into a hierarchy of objects, speeding up rendering of the page when called. Most attributes are static, which helps. Only those attributes that need to be dynamic, are really so, just to help this along. Passing query strings in trees

All, I have a Zope tree structure that requires a query variable to be passed to it. The first time through, I can pass it on the http request with no problem: http://www.mgmt-inc.com/some_object?variable=value But this query string is not included in the [+] and [-] links to expand/contract the tree so that I can pass it on to the next rendering of this object. How do I do this?
