Greetings, Thanks for the reply, but I don't think I made myself very clear. When I start the zope server as root (linux here) and run the ./start file on line 494 the problem happens. Can't create the file! 1.) Can I uninstall Zope so that I can try it again 2.) When the folder "went away", I received the "possible broken product messages". These messages continued whenever I attempted to access the folder, until I restarted ZOPE (which incidentally will also cure the unpickle problems temporarily), at which point I had to commit my current session before the folder was accessible again. Thanks for the hint, but it doesn't work for me. If I add start=0, nothing happens. ZMySQLDA troubles in Zope 2.0

Hi, Got the DA compiled yesterday, and now I'm having all kinds of trouble getting some semi-complex queries from my old perl scripts to work. Hello Zope users! I've a folder containing 7 DTML Documents. The construct below should print 5 title/id, but Zope-2.0.0 displays all seven?! If I include one more DTML Document, only 5 title/id are shown! Why is the correct number shown with 8 documents but not with 7 documents?? Database connection via SOLID

Hi, I'm looking for some experience regarding a connection from Zope (1.10) on Unix to an MS Access Database on WinNT via Solid. The harder part for me seems to be the Solid Connection from Unix to WinNT/ODBC. Is there someone who managed to establish such a connection and who is also willing to give a short howto? I know, it's a bit offtopic here, because it's more of a Solid problem but the solid mailing list archives and the administrators guide did not provide much help for me... i need some help with an error

ok, i've installed zope 2.0 on my win 98 machine (i've run zope before on this machine). when i start the server with start.bat, it seems to run fine. however when i go to access it through my browser i get the following error: Zope Error Zope has encountered an error while publishing this resource. content_type=text/html ??

Does anyone know how i can make zope output a correct content_type=text/html in the http-header of documents when delivered to browsers ?
