hi, I've installed my Zope server which, in itself seems to be working fine. however, i have tried to install the portal toolkit, i.e. http://www.zope.org/Products/PTK i've downloaded various versions of the toolkit and finally found one that almost works. 0.8.2-complete (Development) it installs okay and seems to be set up fine, when i view the installed products in my control panel. however, when i try to set up a portal i get this message after the 3 stage process, ... Error Type: NameError Error Value: apply_wizard ---------------------------------- Troubleshooting Suggestions This resource may be trying to reference a nonexistent object or variable apply_wizard. The URL may be incorrect. The parameters passed to this resource may be incorrect. I did create a Z SQL method which create a table in a database I would like to use automatically this method to create several tables, i.e I would like to know how to use ' CREATE TABLE nom-table' and give a different nom_table each time automatically thanks for answers Katell

Need Zope 2.3 Binary for Python 2.0 under Win32

Adding instances - How sending meta_type by argument ?

Sorry for the long post... I'm trying to create a general insert method that will be inherited by all my sub-objects. I would like to send a parameter, "type", that will determine what type of object to create. No "Select all" button in Catalog interface

The new features in the 2.2.3 user interface are great. Maybe it would be a good idea to add a "Select all" button in the Cataloged objects in Catalog. I noticed that just hitting the "update" button don't update all the cataloged objects automatically anymore. But checking 25 checkboxes is a little tedious in my opinion... Is there another way to update all cataloged objects without deleting and re-inserting all of them? Am I missing something?

Thanks Erik! Exactly what I was looking for. But a "Select all" button still would be great. Or even better, an entry form to ask for the reindexing of a certain mata-type object. strftime() vs. fmt()

msg_display_format="%d/%m/%Y - %H:%M:%S" This works: <dtml-var "mysqtime2zopetime_py('20010216172030').strftime(msg_display_format)"> ==> 16/02/2001 - 17:20:30 This works: <dtml-var "mysqtime2zopetime_py('20010216172030')" fmt="%d/%m/%Y - %H:%M:%S"> ==> 16/02/2001 - 17:20:30 This does NOT work: <dtml-var "mysqtime2zopetime_py('20010216172030')" fmt=msg_display_format> I solved my problems by switching from fmt() to strftime(). Perhaps that helps other people. But what if I can't use strftime() and have to rely on fmt()? Peter
