Hi, I need to remove a file from the project through the site.To add, I used "folder".addFile, and how can I do to delete a file and folder? And I can do it only with the root folders, how to solve it? Other doubt, how can I change the value of an atribute of an objetc? Like the title or id... I am managing zope for a couple of month, and after some change were done on the machine owning zope I have serious problems : I can connect to my interface but only with the supermanager's login/passwd and not with other manager/user [I had to edit access file] I can create/edit objects (only if I enter login/passwd several times) BUT I cannot send query nor view the methods I've just created ... here is the traceback :  I read all I found, and try a hundred times stop/restart with different arguments and config, also reinstall the Debian package ... but I'm locked If U have an idea ... thanx , SBALINE () / \ | <> | (____) zazen rules ... _______________________________________________________ Send a cool gift with your E-Card http://www.bluemountain.com/giftcenter/

ZMI and Mozilla 0.8.1 problem

Hey everyone, Can anyone else confirm that Mozilla 0.8.1 (on Linux at least) doesn't display the ZMI properly? There are two ways around avoiding the <dtml-if "ActionList == 1"> NameError problem that I know of: 1. Wrap your if statements with another if statement: <dtml-if ActionList> <dtml-if expr="ActionList == 1"> Do this <dtml-elif expr="ActionList == 2"> Do that. </dtml-if> </dtml-if> 2. <SELECT> in dtml

Hello, I am trying to make a site (surprise !) I have a select box and when you choice something in that, a new selectbox should be displayed. Now my problem is that I don't now how the action"script" I have defined in my form-tag recieves the value from the select box. Is there any examples/how-to's anywhere ? Regards, Gitte

Hi Paul, to learn a little bit about ZClasses I found http://www.zope.org/Members/kedai/BuildSimpleZClass very helpfull. It teaches you how to build a ZClass and the process to build a management screen to add the properties via the constructor. cheers, oliver

LoginManager newbie question

Hi there, i got the loginmanager to run, but i would like to have a small login dialog on the frontpage, wich should consult the LoginManager to process the request. I cannot trigger the login process from outside the Manager. /folderX index_html (with login form) acl_users any ideas??? thanks in advance Ludwig
