Xron on Zope v.2.3.1

Hi Zope Fans, I'm seeing some odd symptoms running Xron jobs on the stable release. The schedule time seems to be updating itself, but the processes don't seem to be running. The "trigger" tab can be used to force jobs to run, and that still works normally. Possibly unrelated, but the time seems to be out of sync. For most of my tasks that doesn't matter, as long as things run at regular intervals. Just hoping someone else has seen this too, and found a way to deal with it. Thanks, Jerry S.

File object doesn't update

All, Has anyone else noticed that the file object doesn't update or am I just doing something incorrectly? I make a change to the file on the local system. I save the file locally I open the file object on the server I upload the local file and the changes aren't there. Any thoughts??? Help: Zope is extremely slow

Our user base has grown significantly in the last few weeks. Unfortunately at hours of peak usage Zope crawls to a halt and won't even serve up pages. we have NUMBER_OF_THREADS=4 would increasing this help? Actually when we I check the processes (with ps -fe | grep py) I only see two the root thread and the thread that runs as nobody? Anybody have any suggests to help the performance of the site? Dan

Clarify Locking

To clarify my use of the locking. We have an ordering system that all the sales people have access to. I am trying to prevent Sales Person #1 from opening an order looking at it...Sales Person #2 opening the same order and making a change...Sales Person #1 saves his/her changes and overwrites Sales Person #2's changes. In addition this system uses legacy data which is in FoxPro free tables (this is not my choice).
