Yes, I've tinkered with CMF, shows much promise. I had trouble though, finding documentation to help me set it up. Specifically, I couldn't figure out how to create a consistent home page for the site that all users see. >From there they can go to their own sites. This piece of content: The 64-bit parallel FEKO version for HP-UX 11.00 gives an internal error 3978 (segmentation violation) during the phase “Backwards substitution” when an out-of-core solution is performed. in a Page Template results in this error:  Fixing the entity refs solves the error. Hi, I came to know of ZOPE from one of my friends.We are planning to launch a site which primarily shows articles and lot of html pages.Can zope help us in any ways? If yes, then please tell me how and why should we use Zope. I have downloaded the zope software but unable to figure out how will it help me in showing articles on the site??? Pls help. ZWiki and SiteAccess problems

Is it only me, or does ZWiki have problems with SiteAccess ? I have an SiteRoot with a Base path like http://host.x.y/~flight, but all the links in ZWiki's header and footer are broken, since they don't mirror the "~flight" part of the SiteRoot base. I fixed the obvious problems by patching ZWikiPage.py's wiki_page_url() and wiki_base_url() functions from return '/' + self.absolute_url(relative=1) to return self.absolute_url(relative=0) Strangely, that does the work for me, but I have a strong feeling that that's not the correct and complete fix for the problem. This is with the WikiForNow tarball, but the code in 0.8.1 looks identical. Gregor PS: zwiki.org and joyful.com seem to be down since at least yesterday. Does anybody know what's going on ? PPS: What's the fastest way to set up a new ZWiki site so that people get a change to register as users?

Hello out there .. I know this is a python question (please forgive me) but I couldn't find an answer in the python docs. The problem is very simple - I need to make a copy of a file in the filesystem in a pythhon module. I have tried with this: import copy <a lot of code> copy(file_reposit, new_fnreposit) </a lot of code> I get this error: Zope Error Zope has encountered an error while publishing this resource. Error Type: TypeError Error Value: call of non-function (type module) If I don't use the import copy Zope just returns an error saying that copy isn't defined. How do I then make a copy of a file ??? I'm not sure about everyone's idea on this, but Backward Compatibility is a Good Thing(tm). ZSwGenerator Error Parsing Template Win32 Operational Error

Hi, I am trying to useZSwGenerator on win2000 with Zope 2.3.3. But I allways get: Error Parsing Template Win32 Operational Error while trying to add an ZSwGenerator object. Is the a special place (path) where swiftgen.exe must be placed? I have imported the ZSwdemo.zexp but when i try to view swfdemo I get: Problems executing external program Win32 Operational Errorany suggestions? Thanks Jens
