Hi, I've just installed downloaded PloneWebMail version 0.92 and I'm trying to add an external method but I've got an error. Hi, I have a KeywordIndex called "state". My objects have a list of strings. Possible values are "deleted", "new", .... How can I search for all objects which *don't* have a keywod set? Example: I want to search all objects which are *not* deleted Is there a special parameter I can give to zcatalog.searchResults()? thomas Please CC to me

I also tried exporting one of the broken ZClass products from a 2.5 Zope and importing it into 2.6. Is some module aliasing needed here? I added a simple lib/python/Interface/iclass.py that just contained from _Interface import Interface, but attempts to import now fail with No error message. Error type: UnpicklingError Error value: <Interface Interface._Interface.Interface at 53cc18> is not safe for unpickling So that's not a simple workaround. Dammit. (I can make a copy of one of the broken ZClass-based products available if someone wants to have a look at making this work... let me know...) Anthony

stressed wovels

I have this problem. I made a SQL method for storing strings into an Interbase field. If I insert a string containing a stressed wovels (like " è ") directly into the DB it works, but if I use my SQL method it gives me this error: Error, Products.gvibDA.gvib.gvibExceptions.DataError: - arithmetic exception, numeric overflow, or string truncation -- Cannot transliterate character between character sets What is the matter? Is it a GV Interbase adapter's bug?

strange unicode behaviour

I have spent the last 30 minutes going crazy with this: in dtml: <html> <head> <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html;charset=utf-8"> </head> <dtml-call "getText()")> </html> in python: def getText(): s=u'a string with some accented chars' s=s.encode('utf-8') return s the above works fine, but return s.lower() does not !!! (the accented chars are badly rendered in the browser). Can someone, please, explain this to me?? I am on zope 2.6.1 (installed from binaries under win), >From the python console everithing is OK, so there should be something with Zope. I have utf-8 as sys.defaultencoding and I do not load any locale when starting Zope. Thanks for any help, --peppo

How to publish to a small group of users?

Hi, I'm looking for a way to publish a CMF topic object to a small group of users. What I mean by a group of user is only some members of my Plone Site. My goal is to create privates workgroups, where members of a workgroup share common components (forum, files, events, ...). Thanks for your help.
