Hi ! My problem is that: I have an image "library" in FireBird database (gdb). I want to show the images in zope site, but I don't know, how to transform from blob field to real image (in html page). I want to use this conversion time-to-time, not at once, because it is database specific "data". Can anyone help me ? 2 - Help - test it !

Hello ! I have a product, in beta version, but it is useable. It is create dynamic update sql-s. If anyone have some time, please try it/test it. It is working with KinterBasDB DA, but can work with MySQL, and PGSQL, if you redefine some variables in it. So if you have a little time to help me with useful ideas, or other opinions, please do that... I very wonder, what is your experience in MySQL, PGSQL, and how I develop this tool to better than actual version. You will need to construct an Image (or File) object instance dynamically from your data. The following (untested) python code may be a starting point. Domain/Subnet/IP Based Authentication/Authorization

Any new developments on securing ZOPE content based on ip address or domain? I know about the one "solution" (http://plone.org/documentation/howto/HowToDomainIntranet) there but apparently it isn't practical to use. In short I need to control access based on either individual subscriptions (normal zope access) and based on ip address (all users from this lists of subnets are allowed to see content).

403 error

Hi All, I have just set up a new apache server (Mandrake 10) and have configured it to use the following rewrite rule. -------------- <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> RewriteEngine On RewriteLog logs/domain.com-rewrite_log RewriteLogLevel 1 RewriteRule ^/(.*) http://zope.domain.com:8080/VirtualHostBase/http/%{SERVER_NAME}:80/domai n/VirtualHostRoot/$1 [L,P] </IfModule> ---------------- But when ever I go to domain.com I get a 403 error (You don't have permission to access / on this server). Hi all, we have just encountered a bad problem with DCOracle2 performance on large querys compared to anything else. While 40,000 row query done on Perl takes about 1 second - takes it via DCORacle2 on Python more than 20 seconds. Any help - including how to debug on what and where DCOracle is consuming the time, would be appreciated. Mikael Gueck ( gumi(a)iki.fi ) can give details on version of DCOracle and Oracle - if that is necessary and if that helps. -huima

hello, the dtml-var <dtml-var sequence-query> has an & when i view its html code. html specification need this to be & and therefore it cannot be validated by the validator of w3.org how do i convert the & of the dtml-var sequence-query to & ? i tried <dtml-var sequence-query html_quote> but it did not work.... thanks __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
