How do I control tidy options when using Epoz and uTidyLib? I'd like it to output xhtml, but it is currently outputting uppercase tag names etc. Robert (Jamie) Munro

ZEO and session variables.

I am just setting up a multi-headed distributed system with several Zope heads all communications with a ZEO backend. The zopes can be on the same machine or on different machines connected through a high speed backbone. In our system, all zopes are frontended with pound. zope1 | zope2----- ZEO-----zope3 | zope4 We make heavy use of session variables. Normally, with a single Zope session variables are stored in a temporary folder, but, as such, they are are not shared between the zope heads. In the multiheaded system, the session variables need to be shared and therefore must be managed by ZEO. UML Statechart Diagrams and DCWorkflow

Hi! I would like to know if there is any initiative to make DCWorkflow more compatible with UML Statechart diagrams. I mean, make it support things like forks, joins, /do,/entry, /exit and syncs. Or, if not, how can I implement such features using the actual DCWorkflow? Ape and Zope 2.7

Hi all, I'm trying to use Ape (cvs version) with Zope 2.7 (cvs version) and postgresql 7.4 on Debian Sarge pure64 in an AMD 64 box. Trying to mount the ZODB mount point from ZMI I always obtain: *Error Type: OverflowError* *Error Value: requested number of bytes is more than a Python string can hold Anybody knows if I can workarround about this ? Hi Tres. I duplicated your actions on FC3. Just redownloaded to FC3, gunzipped and tar -xvf'd and built with no problems at all. The exact same file, unbundled using WinZip 8 or TurboZip 5.1 on W2K Server or XP Pro seems to give a very different result, which seems to be what Paul is seeing. I have attached a zip of the results for analysis. A lot is missing when unbundled in this way-- not sure why. I've never seen problems opening a gz/tar file with either of these software before. cygwin could gunzip the file, but not untar it. The answer seems to be use native gunzip and tar to open this. Paul-- can I assume that you tried to unbundle on Windows-- if not what OS and distribution?
