Xron and PCGI

Is there any way to make Xron and PCGI working together? At the moment I've got several happy servers running on PCGI but I would now like to install and use Xron on one of them. Unfortunately, after much fiddling about we are unable to get the Xron tasks to fire. We've investigated the sources and it looks like the type of threading Xron relies on is not used when running from PCGI, but I'm a python/threads novice so I could be wrong. My next lead is to try and get Zope running as a web server on some port other than 80 in addition to having stuff routed through pcgi in the hopes that Xron will then start working. Is that possible? Steve

Alan, I'm sorry about e-mailing you directly. Anyway, I tried that context.directory.subdirectory.manage_addFile() and it worked. I know I tried that yesterday, but I guess there some typo error in my code thats why it didn't work. I feel so dumb. Maybe its just the stress. Anyway, thanks! You have been a great help!! I agre that in the 'a' and 'b' case it's not so much a question of logic as it is value representation. I included it in the discussion because I thought it was interesting. Also, the page I linked to had a definition of Python's true / false: 0, '', [], (), {}, and None are false in a boolean context; everything else is true PS. Hi, I'm having with the DA for SAP DB (ZsapdbDA) and i was wondering if someone could lean me an helping hand. Since this could mean my installation for the DA was not that correct, I'll describe how I've done it. First, I downloaded and copied the adapter to the products folder. Then I've downloaded the python modules and copied the files to the folder ZsapdbDA\DCsapdb\sapdb and I've also copied the file sapdbapi.py to the folder ZsapdbDA\DCsapdb. When I run Zope on the command line I get no error message concerning this product, but when I try to create a connection, kaboom.
