Hi, Im tring to do a template in DTML for all my pages. and i have the following question: i have a dtml document named content.html (and i want it to be named that way, so i open it by FTP and editors will recognize it as HTML) and in index_html i try this: <dtml-var content.html.title> or <dtml-var "content.html.title"> and it doesnt work. how can i do this using DTML?

The trick someone told me on this list when I asked was that when you are in the folder you want to acquire (in the management interface) hold the mouse over the icon next to the object you want. The active onMouseOver in the management interface then reveals the object type. Then in dtml use that string in quotes in your objectValues. Far as I know, the best way to expand on the user information that is stored is to move to a more powerful user-management product. I found GenericUserFolder easy to use, configure and expand, and it's simeple and (hence) really stable. It has been supplanted by more powerful products like CMF and SQL things, but when I looked a few weeks/months ago all the alternative were either still development releases or much harder to get going. i am a zope newbie, Can anyone tell me how to add another property to the acl_users folder (object)? Right now it stores (user_name,passwd,domains,roles). I want to store more infomation about the logged in user. Can anyone help please? thanks

If I am in the Zope manage interface. I select Add then scroll down to Script(Python) this is what I was calling an inner method. Here is a reply I got from a Python IDE engineering team as to why I am not able to debug this code with their IDE: Regards Clark " Support for non-disk fragments like Zope internal methods is planned but not yet there.
