I think some of them are part of the PTK (Portal ToolKit). In essence, they have a "Contents" view (tab) with a big text area for content, and an property for format with the options of "Plain Text", "Structured Text", and "HTML". I think it's a good suggestion, but it'd be neat if the tag could accept an inline expression. Something like:  would be equivalent to Hello world And  would be equivalent to  Comments? Synchronising a navigation tree

I need to be able to synchronise a tree tag based navigation tree of unlimited depth in one frame with the contents of another frame that provides its own navigation (i.e. hyper links). The problem basically boils down to being able to specify what node/s in a tree are open, either adding to or overriding the currently open nodes. Has anyone tackled this problem and if so what technique did you use ? TIA Robert Leftwich

I would like to keep certain documents in a sub folder /include, but for various reasons it's not intended that things in include should be directly viewable. Is there a combination of permissions which allows /include/xxxx to be included in other documents, but not viewed? Ideally the include folder should be invisible, but usable by dtml methods. -- Robin Becker

How to reference the list checkbox thru

Thanks again. I got you now. But how can I refer the checkbox via Javascript. For example, the name of the checkbox is 'pno:list'. I got error when refering to it's propoties:- document.myForm.pno[count].value or document.myForm.pno:list[count].value or document.myForm.pno[count]:list.value Is that possible?? ---------- From: "Phillip J. As I said before, just make the checkbox field a :list field, and have your SQL method do an  block that loops over it to create a series of INSERT statements in one batch. For example, if your checkbox field is called "item_to_borrow:list". Your SQL method would look something like:  INSERT INTO my_table (the_item) VALUES ()  Obviously, you would need to change this to suit the values you actually need to insert. The above will generate a series of INSERT statements in a single batch, one for each checked item. When the SQL method runs, it will send all the INSERT's to the database at once.
