I have been having problems with create from the Zope verion 2.0.0a4. Here are the methods I have tried: Inside the create_WRTable: create table WRTable( numruns decimal(4,0), lastrun datetime ) The syntax passes, but it complains upon tests or execution, saying: Zope Error Zope has encountered an error while publishing this resource. They think that the things they put in the 'Methods' tab should show up in instances of their objects like subobjects in a folder. This is not the case. Objects in the Methods view are methods of the object. If you want a user to be able to edit a method, you either have to build your own editing interface (using methods) or make the object an ObjectManager to contain editable objects (like DTML Documents). -Michel

Hi! I've been wondering what authorization does one need for submitting a new item? (I'm not talking about the password enabled direct publishing of items, just submitting an item for review.) www.zope.org asks for Basic Auth for me. Andreas -- Win95: n., A huge annoying boot virus that causes random spontaneous system crashes, usually just before saving a massive project. Easily cured by UNIX.
