Error with MailHost object

Hi, I am trying to send mails with the mailhost object using the 'send' method and, according to whether the SMTP server I use, sometimes it works and sometimes I have the following error : SMTPRecipientsRefused: {'sebastientessier(a)bbs-one.fr': (550, 'RCPT TO:<sebastientessier(a)bbs-one.fr> Relaying not allowed')} I use Zope 2.6.2 with windows 2000. If someone can explain this to me...

Hello ! Sorry for lamer question. I has been used DTML, and some things are don't know in ZPT. How to I replace this DTML pseudo-code with ZPT: 1.) === DTML === <dtml-if logined=1> <table>SomeTable1</table> <dtml-else> <table>SomeTable2</table> </dtml-if> ==ZPT== ?????? 2.) How to define multiple (array) variable in zpt ? Like this: MyArray=[['A',1],['B',2],['C',3]] 3.) How to I raise and catch exception with ZPT ? Opening a ZOPE file object ?

Is it possible to open a file-object stored in a Zope folder through a python script using open(), receiving a standard file object, that can be passed to functions provided by standard modules (such as csv) ? f=open(self.index_html), does not work, because open takes only a string as argument. Is there a ZOPE function returning a standard file handler ? (Could not find one in the API docu, but this may be because I am new.) Or how to process a file stored in Zope through a python script ? (Ideally, I would like users to be able to upload files, have them processed and download them again. This seems to be possible with LocalFS, but is it possible from within ZOPE?)

Anyone know how to get a number rounded to a whole number and formatted with commas between the thousands and parens around negative numbers? In other words, how to get this; -1234567.55 To this: (1,234,568) I can see in The Zope Book that you can use Python string formats like; <p tal:content="python:'%0.0f' % item.YTDCurrent") That rounds it to the nearest dollar but I can't find where to put the parens and commas.

Scripting for Python Errors

Hello List, I am porting data from an old postgresql (7.3.2) database to a new mysql (4) Database. I have this python script to do the mappings from one table to another, Line 1 --- for object in context.get_all_from_postgres(): Line 2 --- context.insert_into_mysql(id=object.id, name=object.name, code=object.code, home=object.home, map=object.map, posx=object.posx, posy=object.posy, enabled=object.enabled, mobile=object.mobile, email=object.email) Line 3 --- Line 4 --- return 'Done' Get_all_from_postgres and insert_into_mysql are zsql objects. This scrip works fine except when it gets near the end of the table entry's it gives me this error, Error Type: OperationalError Error Value: (1054, "Unknown column 'None' in 'field list'") Does anyone have any ideas??? Newbie: db handling question

Hello , As you write in this week, the DA is commit/rollback automatically. If an error occured, the zope shows it's error page, and I can redefine it. This way is good to the normal web pages, but not too good for others. If I want catch these errors, and show, then two problem I get: try: apply set error=0 except: set error=1 The html page is structured to when error is 1, then it is show normal page with little red errormessage - and it's don't use zope's error page. - In this case I catch the exception, but because not raised again, the DA transaction is committed, not rollbacked. It is wanted to call the rollback directly. - I don't have the exception's errormessage, only if I use traceback module. Can I use that normally in threaded app like Zope ? Thanx for any answers !!!
