How can I get the PropertyType of a Folder Property??

Hello, my Question is: How can I get the PropertyType of a Folder Property?? I tried to use "getPropertyType" but I cannot find the exact Syntax in the documentation. In the case of POSTs, in addition the header the request also contains a body. When using the multipart/form-data encoding type, this body follows a standard MIME format, wherein each piece of named data is bundled in a "multipart" attachment. Uploaded "files" have a content type, file name and binary contents, usually base64-encoded. For each such attachment, ZPublisher creates a FileObject instance (see lib/Python/ZPublisher/HTTPRequest.py). Can't put ZClass inside itself

I have a ObjectManager ZClass FooFolder, which is contained in another ObjectManager BarFolder. Product -> BarFolder ZClass -> FooFolder ZClass I cannot tell FooFolder to allow me to put another FooFolder into itself - I can tell FooFOlder to contain BarFolder, or any other object I can tell BarFolder to contain BarFolder, or any other object but FooFolders just don't show up in the list in Subobjects tab of FooFolder! dtml-with semantics

Hi, I have a situation like this. I am in a subdirectory ("subfolder" I guess) a few levels deep. I want to call a DTML method in /Boxes (that is, from the top). So, I first think, hmm, <dtml-var /Boxes/MyMethod>. No dice. Then I try: <dtml-with Boxes> <dtml-var MyMethod> </dtml-with> However, this dtml-with overrides some things from my document -- most importantly, id in this case. How can I solve this problem? aq_acquire?

What does an object need to inherit to make aq_acquire work? I've got an object that inherits from Acquisition.Implicit, but whenever something tries to call aq_acquire on it, it cops an AttributeError. Does it need to inherit from Acquisition.Explicit? root level referencing + minimalist zope strategies

Hello Sorry if this has been covered before, but if it was I have missed it. [note: I get the digest and find that about for about 1 in 5 digests the formatting becomes illegible 2/3 of the way down] I am still looking for advice and strategy tips for this basic situation: I have sub-folders called 'images' in my site where only graphics for those contexts are kept there. I also have a top level folder called 'images' where to store navigation bar graphics, company logo, etc. / /images /folder1 /images /folder2 /images /folder3 --no images folder here yet a simplified basic standard_html_footer looks like this: <p> <a href = /> <dtml-var "images.logo.tag(border=0, alt='Go to Top Menu')"> </a> </BODY></HTML> This is acquired by folders below root level. This works fine everywhere index_html calls standard_html_footer where there are no local subfolders named 'images'. I can of course 'fix' this by implementing local standard_html_footer methods in the subfolders. But I want a cleaner, minimal, more zopish way to automate the folder level awareness. I've almost 'got it' about the namespace stuff... I have tried tweaking the method above by adding <dtml-with /images> or <dtml-with "/images"> - but that's wrong... 1. What site wide logic to install for this? 2. In general, how do you reference the root level "/" with the various forms: <dtml-var> or <dtml-in> or <dtml-with> <dtml-let> ?? 3. I want to set a variable "myelevel" using for example <dtml-let mylevel = /refrences/new">. PIL fonts (slightly off-topic)

Hi all, I've managed to get PIL working with Zope on win32 and now need some fonts. I took some PCF(?) files from a Linux box and converted them but PIL barfs when trying to use them. My question is whether anyone has some fonts that definitley work with PIL(win32)? TIA Phil phil(a)wigwamweb.net

UserDB Documents .. where are they ?
