I'm having trouble getting Links in StructuredText to work. All of the regressions generate <A HREF=*> tags fine, but I can't get them to work in my own site: DTML Method stxtester: <dtml-var stxtest fmt="structuredtext"> DTML Method stxtest: Hi, I really love "Zope":http://www.zope.org. Error on deleting objects

Hi. Just added a few new objects from a new zclass - all ok until I came to delete them again - one deleted but the rest give this message... >>> ValueError: Uncatalog of absent id 'training/%3cstring%3e' ... and don't delete. Any clues will be gratefully acted upon! The zclass contained catalog awareness and dtml document. Cheers Jonathan

Help! whrandom.choice

Hi, I want to randomly get the content of a file from a list of files in a directory. And the following code does that. However, the files have HTML code in them, and when they are displayed, the HTML tags are escaped. (i.e. the < is changed to > ) Is there a way to stop this from happeneing??? <dtml-if "diduknow.objectValues(['DTML Document'])">  </dtml-if> Any help is apprtitated :) TIA Adonis

Hm, I've just been looking into this(*) a bit more closely - as at the current released version (0.50) the freetds code is _not_ threadsafe. There's immediately obvious problems in src/dblib/dblib.c and src/tds/convert.c (and they're marked as problems). Using it with Zope2 and the current DC Sybase Adaptor would be dangerous, unless you run with -t 1. Anthony (*) a challenge: go to the sybase web site, and try to find a product number, or a price, for their client library for solaris. Heck, try to find _anything_ useful for something other than NT or Linux... *sigh*

I've also had it working in the past with the above apache/fcgi combo running on redhat 6.0 against a 5.2 zope. And, to make this complete, I just ran up a Zope install on this box, so I can say that it works with Redhat 6.0 talking to Redhat 6.0. This is with revision 1.5.4.1 of the FCGIServer.py file - with just r1.5 of the file, it will not work for me. Anthony

zmysqlda make failure

You guys really helped in an excellent way. Thanl you very much. Here is what I did. mysql3.22.27 did not work. Mysql-3.22.25.1-rpm worked like you said. That is what did it. I installed the MySQL-3.22.25-1 untared the Zmysqlda from /Zope. Went to /Zope/lib/python/Product/Zmysqlda/src and ran the two make steps. Then I untared the mysqldb_0_1_0 and installed it. And ran the patch. Then I was able to see the Zmysql objext to add from the zope manager. thanks alot for your help. cj technology.nospam(a)mylinuxisp.com
