In a document you could say: <dtml-with "PARENTS[1]"> <dtml-tree ...> </dtml-with> Note that PARENTS is built from the *traversal* path, not from the *containment* path of the object. In other words, B may be contained in the folder A, but it may have been *acquired* from C if it was accessed like /A/C/B. In this case, B's 'PARENTS[1]' is C, not A. -Michel

I think dtml-return will do what you want it to. Serving files from disk

If I understand it correctly, Zope cannot serve files (txt,html,doc,jpg,...) directly from disk but can only serve "files" that have been uploaded into the ZODB. If this is correct, are ther any plans to make that capabiltiy available. Alternately, has anyone written an external method that could be used to serve individual files from the filesystem of the machine zope is running on (and any connected network drives)? __________________________________________________________________ Jim Sanford . Automatically Populating the title Property on html files imported via ftp

I've been trying to figure out a way to do this and have been banging my head against the wall. The end user still want's to edit the site with dreamweaver but needs the titles to show up in the catalog search. When using the ftp interface you lose properties that have been set, and you have nothing set on new documents. Any suggestions?

Nope, but it's not a bad idea, the problem would be seperating valid HTML tag properties from plain straight up properties. Maybe property sheets can address this in the future. AtributeError

Hi, When our site tries to access a SQL-server 7 database we get often (not always, it's a bit random) the following error: Error type: AttributeError Error value: tpc_begin --> </BODY></HTML>  When we click on refresh in the browser the page is correctly loaded. We use: NT-server, IIS4, SQL server 7 Zope 2.01 with the latest ODBC adapter. By the way, this problem didn't occur under Zope 1.10 with the old ODBC adapter. Please help, It's verry urgent. Shouldn't be - the problem was that I built the linux binary release on a 6.x (glibc 2.1) machine without realizing that a glibc 2.1 backward compatability problem would bite those using earlier versions :( In other words, it's not a code problem but a build environment problem - CVS users would be totally unaffected since they dont get compiled binaries via CVS.
