How would one find a unique id in a folder. I have tried this DTML method:  but _.filter is not defined. ANybody got any ideas? -Tony

Formatting columns of SQL result

I'm looking for a way to format *columns* from a SQL query differently. Sorry if this is a FAQ - but I did not find it neither in the SQL nor in the DTML documentation. The standard way of turning the result of a SQL query into a table is something like this:  <tr>  <td></td>  </tr>  Especially all <td>'s are formatted equally. I'm looking for something like this (which is illegal in Zope):  <tr> <td color="white"></td> <td color="black"></td> </tr>  The code above assumes that the result has at least two columns and formats them differently. How to exclude Confera messages?

Based on code others have suggested on this list, I've implemented a "breadcrumbs" navigation stack method. The code is below. It works well unless I navigate into a Confera message object, where it fails with the Traceback included below. I don't understand why it fails, but that's OK. I don't really need for it to put Confera messages on the breadcrumbs stack. What I would like to know is: How can I detect and exclude a Confera message? Well, I'm just wondering why ZPublisher is not munging cookies too? Is this intention? Is this a bug? hi I already posted this on monday, but I really don't have a solution yet, so please be patient... The situation is nearly the same as in the CMG(Chapter "Creating a Configuration Interface"), except for the fact that the document to be cloned is not in the current namespace but in some other folder in the zope tree: I want to manage_clone an object into the current folder that lives _somewhere_, let's say in "foo": /_root |_foo | |_Object | |_bar |_current_folder there are two DTML-Documents a and b where a is an input form that contains a list of all objects in foo. a calls b. b is supposed to do the following:  well, but of course I can't hardcode "foo.Object", because I don't know which object the user selects from the list... Admitting (a) FOO and BAR to be folders (b) MET to be a DTML *method* in FOO starting with <dtml-in objectValues>... why can I query http://mysite/FOO/BAR/objectValues and get the contents of BAR as expected, while the request http://mysite/FOO/BAR/MET gets a KeyError on "objectValues" ? (and how should I access that method ?) TIA Boris Borcic
