Ok. Did that and deleted the pyc's. Now the Product isn't showing up on the product page. If I undelete it, it keeps the same traceback. It was gone. Good. I brought it back in and restarted and it isn't showing up. That sounds like a problem in my __init__.py file. PythonScript translation

PIL and Filesystem

Hello, I'm using PIL to convert bmp and tiff-images to jpeg. After conversion they should be added to Zope. My problem is that for conversion, I think, I have to safe them on the filesystem. Zope's security policy doesn't allow me to delete files with an external method. Am I forced to do a cron-job? Isn't it possible to change the format in another way?? Thanks very much!! problem in installing zope in Linux

Hi, Do i need to install Zope in root directory of Linux ?. Otherthing is, is Zope Linux Kernal dependent ?,B'coz The Zope which was installed for one kernal version of Linux doesn't get installed in the other Kernal version. when i give ./install it says ../zope-dir/bin/python is not a file or directory. What may be the problem. please throw some light. The zope version is 2.2.5 Thanks, jacintha

problem installing ZOPE

Hi, I want to use ZOPE with linux server. when I try to run the install script I get the following error. ../zope-dir/bin/python : No such File or Directory. I have not logged in as root. linux version is 2.0. Zope version is 2.2.5 what may be the problem kindly help. subrahmanyan.

Multiple selection property as list

Hi, I have a ZClass based product with a property sheet which has a multiple selection property called "groups", listing the group or groups a person belongs to. I'd like to be able to access this property as a list, so that I can create expressions like the following: <dtml-if expr="'Some group' in groups"> ... </dtml-if> However, in this expression, groups is treated as a string, so I get an error saying that the left hand side of the 'in' expression must be a character, not a string. I can work around the problem by iterating over groups with dtml-in and creating a new list, something like this: <dtml-let grouplist="[]"> <dtml-in groups> <dtml-call "grouplist.append(_['sequence-item'])"> </dtml-in> <dtml-if "'Some group' in grouplist"> ... </dtml-if> </dtml-let> Can anyone see a better way of doing this? If dtml-in can see the property as a list, why can't the 'in' operator? Cheers, Alex.
